Encaustics are brand new to me and I love the playfulness they can provide (heat, cool, drip, push, carve, etc.), but they're pricey to work with. I enjoying being sculptural with my work so maybe that's my problem, I go through the tin of encaustic too quick. I should just suck it up, spend the money, make great work, and sell it for Millions! You'll have fun...this was a nice starter kit!
