On page 22 Alexandra Greenley writes in reference to B12," Vegans, however, need to find an alternate source, such as flaxseed oil or nutritional yeast."Nutrition yeast and flaxseed oil do NOT contain B12. In order for flax seed oil or nutritional yeast to contain B12 they must be fortified with B12.B12 is a highly important vitamin, this type of incorrect information could land you in the hospital with serious health issues. Ms Greeley does have some good recipes; the book may have been better suited as simply a recipe book.
