I bought this brush for watercolor painting. I have used it a total of five times now and it is great. I like the absorbency on the brush and I feel it transfers the paint colors better than synthetic brushes. The brush handle is easy to hold on to. I like the overall feel of the brush. This is the first time I have used squirrel hair brushes so I cannot comment heavily on its use, but so far I like it. I am considering buying other brushes from Da Vinci.For earth-conscious customers, like myself, this brush is made greenly. It was one of the reasons I purchased this brush.
