This product has a slightly waxy consistency and works well for writing on tracing paper... which is what I bought it for. It worked great for me. It has a shine when you apply more pressure to get a very dark value.

This was a good buy, from the time it was ordered and received. Great product, handled and shipped so the leads were not broken. Attention to detail means a lot. Like the pen and how it performs. Recommend it! Amazon did well to carry this item and it shipped very quick after I ordered it.

I enjoyed the leads. A good medium for sketching. I think it a good deal for the price and would consider purchasing again.
