I ordered a banner, got the confirmation email with order number, then sent an email to seller with desired copy and design suggestion. Got back a proof the same day. I selected a different font (from the thousands available) and got back a second proof that same day. I approved the new proof and the following day received an email giving me the UPS shipment data.The banner arrived on schedule and I am pleased with the quality of the work and materials. Price quite reasonable and very competitive.
