Reeves Colored Pencil Sets set of 12 User Reviews

Reeves Colored Pencil Sets set of 12 User Reviews
My twin 4 year old boys LOVE this! It is highly adjustable and easy to assemble. It nicely fits my (smallish) boys, and will be easy to adjust as they grow. They caught on right away to what they needed to do and the thing really moves quickly. My only caution is that the Ezy Roller is very low to the ground. I was concerned that cars using our circle might not see the boys on it, so I purchased a safty flag (bike flag) to attach to it. The boys think the flag adds to the overall fun.
- Margaret Metzger

the toy is very easy to essamble! It is VERY sturdy and comes with an extra extension so even your teenager or you can ride it! It carry's a LOT of weight, not only the little kids ones!It has wheels like rollerblades, I left my son sometimes even ride it in our house on the tiles! It's very quiet, almost silent and leaves no marks!Once you got the hang of it, it's easy to steer and it has a handbreak as well!
- Susanne R. Dufek

This new roller bike is absolutely fantastic - my kids were given one for Christmas last year and they REALLY LOVE IT!!! I have 2 kids - one 5 1/2 boy and a 3 year old girl and they want to take it everywhere we go. My little girl coco hasn't yet learnt to ride a bike so she is especially excited to be able to move fast around the place...We use it at the park (their cousins have one and so they love to race/ play together), outside in our back yard ... and my little girl even insists on using it indoors (on carpet and wooden floors - i'm not not kidding!:))... It's perfectly safe - low to the ground with brakes so they only ever have fun on it (no tears!!)... I highly recommend this as a fantastic ride along that will last for years(it extends as kids grow and even adults can ride it - many people often ask us for a go when we are at the park/ beside the beach) - Highly recommended - loads of fun!!!
- P. A. Du Temple

This roller rolls on hard surface, such as concrete or paved road. It doesn't roll on grass, lawn or beach. When it goes down the hill, it will get very fast. The brake is abrupt, one needs to use feet to slow down the roller. On gently sloped road, it can roll up the hill by roll from side to side. For steep sloped road, it is easy to go down the hill, but it is hard to go up. My 6 year old girl loves to roll around inside the house, on hardwood/marble floor. It does bring lots of fun for her.

I bought the Ezy Roller for my 7-year-old daughter for Christmas. I'm often frustrated when I purchase a toy, she plays with it for ten minutes then it collects dust in the corner. Not the Ezy Roller. She loves it and has not stopped playing with it since she first got on it. My 4-year old also plays with it. Basically, it hasn't been left unplayed with for even a minute. It was easy to assemble (5 minutes max) and is durable. It comes with additional poles to adjust to their growth so they won't outgrow the toy anytime soon. It's also appealing to both boys and girls. It's good for inside if you have hardwood floors with a good uncluttered stretch and it's great for driveways and sidewalks. This toy exceeded my expectations.

We bought this item for my son's 7th bday. it was very easy to piece together. The adults even put the extender on and we ride it. It is alot of excerise on your legs though-great AB builder too. It very entertaining for my son and he enjoys sharing it with his friends. Keeps everybody busy and happy

I purchased one of these at a toy shop while on vacation and my grandchildren loved it so much that I had to buy another one. Now they can have races with them. The Roller system is built very sturdy and solid. It has different size bars that you can use to make it longer as your child grows. Our three year old grandson can make it go as well as his mom who has also been on it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all ages ... as long as you weigh less than 150 pounds. We all love this thing!

Kids just got this for Christmas--their Plasma car was really taking a beating and I was looking for something to complement it. Let me tell you: it was a belt-tightening season this year but I splurged on this item AND IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. Get this toy! I have a 6 YO boy, 9 YO girl, and 11 YO boy--a very difficult age/interest range to span but this toy did it. My only regret is that I didn't get at least 1 more (but I'll have to save up for later:) My 6 YO runs on the small side and can BARELY reach the steering bar with the shortest extension so beware. The Ezy Roller JR is probably better for small ones. My daughter thinks it's all hers. My 11 YO is working on a test track. This toy is extremely well-made (all steel) but I have to admit to trepidation (and definitely bike helmets) when they try it out on hills. It rolls very easily which makes it a blast on flat surfaces but also THRILLING on inclines (not trusting the brake). Fortunately, it is so low to the ground I can't imagine it tipping over FLW.

The first time I saw the Ezy Roller, I almost tackled the kid who was using it! Instead, I found out what it was called then ordered one for my 6-year old son. Unlike the kid who I saw, my son is orthopedically delayed, and not yet able to sit or walk independently. He also prefers to use only his left hand, but since the Ezy Roller is steered and propelled by the feet & legs, it is perfect for him. The only addition I had to make was to figure out how to keep his feet on the control bar. I bought bungees and they work really well, and a BMX helmet, which I highly recommend (he's taken a few harmless spills). Just today, he was speeding around a school parking lot, and for the first time, he figured out how to turn himself to avoid running into obstacles. Add to that the fact that the Ezy Roller will grow with him and I think we've finally found the answer to the "bike", "scooter", "skateboard" dilemma!

My son saw this toy in July and talked about it for a month and a half, asking for it as a birthday present. It is unique and fun. He loves it and it was the center of attention in the neighborhood for awhile. Getting him and his buddies to stay out of the street with it is a challenge and this is a concern because rider and toy are low to the ground and could easily be overlooked by drivers. It gets borring riding at ground level for awhile, so they all try to go down hills/driveways with it. The material ripped on Week 3. This is probably covered under warranty, but I have not checked on it yet.

Reeves Galeria Acrylic Paint Set 60ml 10/Pkg User Reviews

Reeves Galeria Acrylic Paint Set 60ml 10/Pkg User Reviews
These colors are SO beautiful and rich. I mix all of them and use a ton of the white, so also a good idea to buy the single, larger tube of that. Can't say enough about the quality of these, I will DEFINITELY buy again.
- Lauren Beeman

These paints are student grade and very nice for someone who isn't looking to spend a ton of money for professional grade paints. The colors are good. I think it is better to get a set with basic colors in bigger tubes, than to get a set with tons of tiny tubes. To quote Picasso: "They'll sell you thousands of greens. ... emerald green and cadmium green and any sort of green you like; but that particular green, never."You will probably find that you end up mixing your own color no matter what, and with one of those 32 color sets you will probably mostly rely on 7 colors, so it is better to have more of those basics.
- Rachel McEwen "McRachie"

I had not painted in almost a decade and wanted to ease my way back in by starting with an affordable option (just in case I let the hobby slide by the wayside again). These paints are not only affordable, but are of the good quality that one would expect from winsor and newton.Even so, the set completely exceeded by expectations. The colours are truly vibrant and the selected range was really well thought out. The only colour that I personally love and used to use alot that was missing from this set is cerulean blue - but that's just a personal thing. Other than that, I love these pints I'd definitely recommend it to others. And, btw, product arrived right on schedule as usual.

Galeria is Winsor & Newton's popular lower-priced line of acrylic paint (i.e. student-grade as opposed to professional-grade). Their professional grade is called 'Artists' Acrylic'. Galeria are medium viscosity - not as thick as high viscosity acrylics or oils, but thicker and more brushstroke retention than craft paints. They dry to a satin finish. In terms of color, Galeria is one of the best student-grade paints in terms of saturation ('intensity'). The earth colors are especially good in terms of saturation and darkness (i.e. 'richness'). But as can be expected, some colors - especially the Cadmium Hues - are disappointing in opacity. This 10-color set is reasonably well balanced in terms of mixing ability of the included colors. But the lack of Ultramarine Blue stands out to me - though everyone has different opinions about what colors are essential and which aren't.I don't like the hexagonal caps because they are thin and smooth so they offer very little grip once they get stuck on. But a very nice thing about Galeria is that if you like this set, you can buy the colors individually in much larger sizes (in tubes and plastic squeeze-jars) when you need to replace an empty tube.

High quality bright colors. I bought this set for may 2-D university art class and I can see the quality difference between the paint sold by the university store and this one.

Gold is the best far as I'm concerned, but these do alright and aren't watery in the slightest. Their colors go on magnificently and you don't have to keep using layer after layer just to get the desired effects. I'm not a real artist, but this isn't my first time either and I really like these. You really get more than what you pay for if you ask me, considering the large size of the tubes, compared to others I've seen. The tops on the tubes are easy to opened and close, even with messy paint strewn fingers. The paint dries quickly, but not so much that it's difficult to blend colors. I love them and the ten basic colors are my favorite.Colors;-Cadmium Yellow Medium Hue-Cadmium Red Hue-Crimson-Winsor Blue-Yellow Ochre-Phthalo Green-Burnt Sienna-Raw Umber-Mars Black-Titanium WhiteIt's hard to go wrong with Winsor & Newton most the time. ;)

The paint is what I have expected! Very accured colors and easy to paint with them, quality is excellent! Would recommended them to everybody.
- Sabine Montero

A friend of mine loves to paint. I got her these paints for her birthday. She was very pleased with them. The tubes are fairly small but there is a good assortment of colors.
- E. Kennedy

I use this paint everyday. I love how it blends, how bright it is and how it smooths on the canvas. i mix it with water and drying retardant and that buys me double the working time and also helps it apply smooth. The best acrylic is Golden Open Acrylics because they paint exactly like oil, but these are my second choice, I just wish I didn't have to mix colors that would be my only complaint.
- Pretty Sharp

Darn Good Deal on this Top of the line galeria paints. I remember when the winsor newton rep made a presentation to us back in college our last week of art class. I am excited about exploring and creating with these basic colors
