This palette is fine EXCEPT it is like all others that have come from China and are newly manufactured, in that it is higher in the middle and the water and moistened paint slide down to the sides of the palette. Flat is so much better.

Great sizes for paint palettes! Wonderful working surface. Works well for watercolor, acrylic or oil paints. Light weight with large mixing area.

Carefull! Unlike the photo that is posted, the actual product is just 1 pan, not three. So I would call this a moderately good deal. It's not the best value. You can find a pan in an art store that's much larger and about the same price.
