The pen worked when I expected it, but I did have to go over numerous lines to make them grow darker. It was easy to use and wiped off if I sought after to chat the point on my mugs.

When i at the start got the pen, i followed the directions and let it air dry. I made some coffee mugs and when put in the dishwaher all the paint fell off. With responsibility some investigate online, i found better directions on "dickblick" website on how to use. They urge baking it in the oven, i tried that next and finally got the paint to stay on. Wish it had come with better directions. Also, the paint would rub off (like a dry erase penetrate) if you kept painting over the same spot, it has to dry before you can do a second coat. Hope this helps!

This pen facility well and has a very similar peek to a sharpie. You have to actually get behind to get a steady flow of ink, though.

I was looking for some type of paint I could use to road sign some already fired ceramic art pieces I created and seen this little treasure. i was skeptical at the on line directions about placing bits and pieces in the oven @ 300 for 30 minutes to "bake" the paint. I ordered, I tried.. I'M IN LOVE !!! . This treasure was just what I needed. If you follow the directions "exactly" you should and will achieve success. I've never used one of these before and it was a delight at how easy it was to use. I did "oven fire" the pieces I used this pen on @ 275* for the same length of time and allowable the pieces to stay in the oven till they where completely cool.and cold to the touch.. I've ran three pieces through the dishwasher and the markings did not tint off.. Happy Crafting with this pen..

I purchased this pen for creating personalized mugs for Christmas presents this year and let me say, this works so well. I created my point on a test mug to get an idea of the flow and difficulty needed and from that experience, I've learned that the ink pours our very quickly. Also don't make any fast schedule are the ink will splatter all over.I let my mugs dry for 3 days, then positioned them in the oven at 150 for 45 summary and they came out exact.
