I used this stuff behing my sink where the clear caulking was always turning whitish. I was sick of seeing colorless junk there on my beautiful dark blue quartz counter top and backsplash (where they meet). I wish this wasn't gloss but hey, it's better than that colorless junk that would turn clear again after drying a while. This stuff stays clear and I can spray water on it all I want. This is very strong stuff and dries quick. They should involve it in stock at Lowes for this kind of thing because I searched and searched and asked questions and noone may possibly tell me anything to put there that wouldn't turn colorless when wet. I had used seamfil before and inquired if they made a clear and they sure did and my idea worked. It's not what it is supposed to be used for since it is for laminate counter seams but it worked great!
