I bought these idea that I don't know I could mix them with my pre-void palette for numerous illustration projects I do on and off. I cultured owing to trial and error that these paints do not mix well at all with pre-void 'habitual' watercolors.The glitziness tends to come off and kind of muddies up the paints when you use them wet-on-wet or when you are tiresome to mix with other sign.I think if one were to use them as a finisher (like shining ordinary) over by now dried sign, you would be fine and it would lend a enthusiasm to your projects. Even if, as part of a habitual palette, I don't think they work well.

Exact, just what I was in tension for! A little will go a long way. Primarily if you use like me, just for highlighting fastidious parts of the paintings. I have not done a whole painting using only these sign, I think that would be TOO much.These little color bricks/blocks/whatever you call them, are thin, there is doubtless not as much in each well as you might suppose. But like I said, a little goes a long way! Primarily after it dries, you will see that what you planning was NOT near ample paint, will indeed dry to a spectacular shimmery shine that you sought after.One thing to note is that even if there was a slot for it at the front of the case when you open it, there is NOT a brush that comes with this set. You'll have to use your own brush. I make sure to use a small thin tipped one, and only wet the brick a little bit. Clean the brush between each color! These sign are just too darn sweet to get them all messed and mixed up with other sign. Take care of them, and this great set of sign will last you for quite a long time. I gave it 5 stars-- the price was just amazing.

Wish it had come with better directions. Also, the paint would rub off (like a dry erase penetrate) if you kept painting over the same spot, it has to dry before you can do a second coat. I was looking for some type of paint I could use to road sign some already fired ceramic art pieces I created and seen this little treasure. i was skeptical at the on line directions about placing bits and pieces in the oven @ 300 for 30 minutes to "bake" the paint. I ordered, I tried.. I'M IN LOVE !!! . This treasure was just what I needed. If you follow the directions "exactly" you should and will achieve success. I've never used one of these before and it was a delight at how easy it was to use. I did "oven fire" the pieces I used this pen on @ 275* for the same length of time and allowable the pieces to stay in the oven till they where completely cool.and cold to the touch.. I've ran three pieces through the dishwasher and the markings did not tint off.. Happy Crafting with this pen..

I purchased this pen for creating personalized mugs for Christmas presents this year and let me say, this works so well. I created my point on a test mug to get an idea of the flow and difficulty needed and from that experience, I've learned that the ink pours our very quickly. Also don't make any fast schedule are the ink will splatter all over.I let my mugs dry for 3 days, then positioned them in the oven at 150 for 45 summary and they came out exact.

The calendar is cruel to retailers this year. Thanksgiving comes on Nov. 28, the latest its been since 2002, making the upcoming holiday shopping season shorter than last years by six days. The compressed season will cost retailers $1.5 billion in online sales alone, according to a report released today by Adobe Systems (ADBE), which doesnt attempt to measure the fallout from lost in-store sales.

The calendar crunch is putting even more pressure on retailers to try to inch the holiday season ever earlier. And sure enough, stores continue to turn the day after Thanksgiving into one thats unrivaled in length, a sort of shopping solstice. At Kmart (SHLD), for instance, Black Friday will last 41 hours this year, starting at 6a.m. on Thanksgiving. Macys (M) and J.C.Penney (JCP), meanwhile, will also be open on Thanksgiving for the first time. The November holiday has become the fastest-growing day for online shopping, according to Adobe, seemingly destined to overtake Black Friday (if not Cyber Monday).

So why not just get rid of the whole Black Friday tradition altogether? Retailers might actually be more successful without the consumer frenzy. The Thanksgiving-less shoppers in places such as the U.K., the Netherlands, and Canada spend more than Americans during the holiday season, Adobes research found, despite the absence of a Black Friday starting gun to ignite the shopping.

Tamara Gaffney, an analyst with Adobe, argues that the Black Friday custom tricks retailers into leaving money on the table and that everyone would be better off detaching shopping from Thanksgiving.Our official start date here called Black Friday, which will eventually be Thanksgiving, is preventing online sales from occurring, she says.

The quirks of this years calendar make jumping past Thanksgiving even more tempting. Karen Hoguet, chief financial officer at Macys, recently told investors that the short holiday season has the company focused on persuading people to spend in November.Theres some people who are saying the six fewer days is negative, but I keep saying November, December hasnt changed, she said. You still have the same number of people to buy gifts for.

Black Friday is just a tradition in America, she says. Its as much the sport that people get up and wait in the dark. I dont think that will ever go away.

I am pleased with these round canvases and have been using them for a couple of being.They are passionate and don't seem to warp. The only ROUND canvases that are made seem to come fromthis company, Fredrix, andI'm thankful I was able to find these for the fastidious kind of art that I am doing. All aroundthey are a good product of good feature. At times I have had to underline the edges by putting shortnails or flat tacks almost the outside bounds every 4 inches. I noticed on some of the oldercanvases I had laying almost that the glue dried out and the canvascame away from the sides. Otherwise they hold up well and I like the look of them. Lots of sizes tochoose from. Lightweight particle wood works well as the inside frame -- but don't get it too damp or wet, it disintegrates rather quickly when it gets exposed to moisture.
