I ordered this set to ship out to an imminent vacation spot so I would not need to take all my supplies on the airplane. The case is okay and the brushes seemed good enough even if I did not get the chance to use them much to see how well they held up but there was a good variety to brush styles.The disapointment came when I actually tried to paint with the paints. They were hard to open, the nippy part in the lid did not always work so you had to fight with it to mae the hole or othes it was too easy and ended up with paint squirting out everywhere. Most annoying was the colorless paint was the consitancy of elmers glue and had very little 'guts' to it. Needed almost the whole tube just trying to do an 8 x 10 painting as using it as an opaque was just about impossible. The yellow ochre was orange. At this point I gave up and needed a trip to the store to buy paints.

The pictures of this set made me reflect that at nominal amount the box was a kind stilted one with a felt interior. Even if, as it at home I cultured that the box, hair, and soubriquet are indigent... and the black interior is a extremely watered-down plastic slot in that cascade out if you're not austere. The brushes and paints are middle-of-the-path at most excellent. I wasn't looking for a in tears copious with a 39.99 fee tag, but I would have planning here'd be a in tears of a "gift set" fascinate... I estimate I was wrong.

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered this set. I'm very pleased including the quality of the brushes, and the paints work water supply. Note, I'm a beginner in painting and consequently be inflicted including no experience to rely on as to the quality a more experienced person might know to preview for. I think it's a great buy for the money. The case is very pretty (though unattractively probably end up using it for something else down the road: I return the used brushes to my brush box and paints to a paint box).
